Un bon experience

I actually went to 3 games. They were Tampa Bay vs. Atlanta, Tampa Bay vs. Boston, and Tampa Bay vs. Montréal. The Bolts won their first 2 but the Habs stole one in overtime. Plekanec scored with about 1 minute before a shootout would take place. I managed to get a game-used puck at the game. Unfortunately, I didn't meet any players. Still, it was awesome. When I got back I found Hasek and Bouwemeester TTM autographs.

A jOlli good mail day

Yesterday, I got my first mail this week. I got Olli Jokinen 4/4 c/o Calgary Flames about 3-4 weeks. Also, Jonathan Cheechoo signed 2/5 cards and 1 schedule c/o Ottawa Senators probably 3-4 weeks as well. Both signed in black sharpie.

I will be gone for a week soon and I'll get to 1 or 2 hockey games so I'll let you know how it goes in the New Year. I probably won't post until the New Year. The World Juniors are coming up on Boxing Day, that's going to awesome. Remember the reason for the season! I'd like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. God Bless.

3 Autographs Richer

Stéphane Richer signed 3 cards for me c/o Clube de Golfe Montpellier, about 2-3 weeks. He was at the Canadiens Centenial game. Montreal will be playing tonight against the Penguins, they've won the last 3 straight. Once again, let me know if you'd like any addresses.

Good news for hockey fans in Québec City, the Québec premier has been speaking with NHL commisioner Garry Bettman, about a new team in Québec City. There should be 7 teams in Canada soon with Winnipeg, Hamilton, and Québec City all being big markets. Maybe "Les Coyotes de le Ville de Québec"?

Schmidt, Ferraro, & Tlusty

I got these 2 days ago. Left; Milt Schidt. Middle; Jiri Tlusty. Right; Ray Ferraro. Schidt added a note saying he usually doesn't pay for postage but I was first to write to him from my city. I really appreciate it. Sent c/o home, 2/2. Tlusty was traded the day I got this, I thought about the TTM when I heard about the trade. Sent c/o Toronto Marlies and I think 3/4. Leafs should have given him some more time. The other was Ray Ferraro who is a TSN annalist, sent c/o TSN, 2/2. Ferraro is a Boston Red Sox fan.

Good Mail Day

Rec'd from Elmer Lach c/o home, Gilbert Perreault c/o home, and Carey Price c/o Canadiens. Lach added 3 cards, 2 were signed and did the Q&A. Mr. Perreault signed 1 card, I attempted to write the letter to him in french. I guess he knew what to do. Price signed sticker, card, and 08-09 schedule. All were out for less than a month.

I was hoping UD would forgive me about the wait

I haven't really gotten much in the last week besides Georges Laraque TTM c/o Canadiens. Today I got to parcels from UpperDeck with a Bill Hall gu & Brian Rafalski BAP auto. Also, I got a Montréal Canadiens fan pack with cards, sticker and 09-10 schedule. The cards are of PK Subban, Ben Maxwell, Glen Metropolit, Matt D'Agostini, Josh Gorges, Mathieu Carle, and Guillaume Latendresse who was traded to the Wild for Benoit Pouliot. I think the Habs did pretty well there, Pouliot was drafted 1 ahead of Carey Price who had a great performance last night with a 5-3 win of the Blue Jackets.

Recieve "Happiness"...

The Olympic torch came through recently and I got a special edition (250mL) bottle of Coke. It looks really cool. I might be able to get a couple unopened ones. On ebay I saw one for $8.00. The puck id there for comparison. Anyways, it's a nice souvenir. Next update will probaby the mail...
